Thank you for choosing O Sh! We trust your order brings you the highest satisfaction. However, should it not fully meet your expectations, you are welcome to return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please make sure your item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer free returns. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us.

Please note that items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

 

Damages and issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged, defective, or not what you expected, please contact us right away so we can address the issue and resolve it for you.
